YOGA IN THE PARK

During Summer period and early Autumn we have several Saturday morning sessions in the open area. Practising outside is very enjoyable and beneficial. It has extra benefits of staying outside. You need to bring your own Yoga Mat and other props like bricks and belts will be provided. Minimum number of people is 3 to start the group. Please send your request and we will contact you as soon as we get a sufficient number of participants.
