GROUP YOGA THERAPY

Longevity Yoga Therapy is based on traditional Yoga Therapy practice to promote health and well being of any individual irrespectively on religion beliefs, age or gender. It comprise all aspects of life: lifestyle, diet, physical practice, breathing practice, relaxation techniques, meditation and self-inquiry.

This 365 approach allows to strengthen health, prolong longevity, improve chronic conditions such as cardiovascular disease, respiratory problems, autoimmune disease, anxiety, depression, insomnia, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, diabetes, migraine, musculoskeletal disorders and many others. The supervision and guidance of experienced Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist will help to  establish individual practice correct diet and life style.

This service is available not only for elderly people but for any person including children who have some health conditions which is difficult to manage.

Using the wisdom of Yoga and many Yoga Therapy tools I was able to improve my Hypoteroidism and since then I firmly believe that discipline and willingness to improve health are important factors in the healing process. I do not need anymore to take medications which were not very effective in helping to cope with my condition. And I am happy to help anybody who is ready to dedicate  his time and efforts to improve his health.

Longevity Yoga Therapy is avilable in small group classes and individual private classes. Small group classes are maximum three people of asimilar conditions. Each person fill the Yoga Therapy intake form and based on this form he will get individual therapy plan which will include indivudal and group physical practice, individual practice for mental health changes to life style, and diet.
