Hatha Yoga starts from learning to be present in the body and in the moment. Hatha Yoga teachers to find yourself through the connection with your breath and your physical body. This eventually would be reflected in being present in every moment, in any situation and any experience, embracing the life with full capacity via all 6 senses. In order to teach others to connect to their body, one should fully master it himself. By experiencing it in your own body on every even subtle level one can fully understand and eventually teach yoga alignment.
