The main focuse will be to learn Yogic Practise known Sun Salutation, which is also known as Surya Namaskar. It is an ancient practice that integrates movement, breath awareness, gentle cardio, and a spirit of gratitude. This sequence of poses invigorates all bodily systems, rejuvenates and strengthens the body, calms the mind, and elevates the mood. This program is designed to help complete beginners, seniors, and individuals with chronic issues to start practicing this wonderful sequence. Experienced yoga therapists will assist in adapting the poses and sequences to fit each individual's limits. People who can not practise it on Yoga Mat will be given variations to practice using chair and table. Sun Salutation is a practice that promotes health and longevity, fostering well-being and healthy living for a long time. People can join online or in the studio.
